- Contact details you submit: name, email, business name (when you unlock the Fix-It list), and your tips opt-in choice.
- Usage data: basic analytics and logs about visits and clicks, collected through our app hosting platform.
- Your uploaded file: The file is read in your browser to calculate your score and is not uploaded to our servers.
- Booking details: if you book a free assessment, the details you give on the booking form.
2. How we use it
- To show your score and Fix-It list
- To follow up about your free assessment if you request it
- To send bookkeeping tips if you opted in
- To understand usage and improve the Tool
3. Sharing.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Tool (hosting, analytics, email, scheduling) and when required by law.
4. Email.
Marketing emails include our mailing address and an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribe requests are honored promptly.
5. Security.
We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service is 100% secure.
6. Retention.
We keep contact details until you ask us to delete them or unsubscribe and we no longer need them for your request.
