BookScore23 — Terms of Use
Last updated: November 6, 2026
1. Who we are.
BookScore23 (the "Tool") is provided by 23 Forever Bookkeeping LLC, doing business as 23 Forever Bookkeeping & Solutions ("we," "us"), 116 Liddell Road Colora, Maryland.
2. What the Tool does.
The Tool reads a QuickBooks export file you choose and generates a Books Health Score and a list of items you may want to review.
3. Not professional advice.
The Tool and its results are for general information only. They are not an audit, review, compilation, or attestation, and they are not accounting, tax, or legal advice. No client relationship is created by using the Tool. A client relationship begins only if we both sign a written engagement agreement.
4. Your data and your authority.
Upload only data you own or are authorized to share. Do not upload Social Security numbers, bank login details, or other highly sensitive data. If you are a bookkeeper or accountant uploading a client's data, you are responsible for having your client's permission.
5. Accuracy.
Results depend on the quality and format of the file you upload. We do not guarantee that results are complete, accurate, or suitable for any purpose.
6. Free Fix-It list and communications.
The full Fix-It list unlocks when you submit your name, email and business name. If you opt in, we will email you bookkeeping tips. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
7. Free assessment.
The free 30-minute Bookkeeping Assessment is a conversation about your books. It is not a commitment to purchase services.
8. Acceptable use.
Do not misuse the Tool, attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer it, or use it to violate any law.
9. Intellectual property.
The Tool, its scoring method, text, and branding belong to us. Your data remains yours. QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc.; we are not affiliated with Intuit.
10. Disclaimer of warranties.
The Tool is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
11. Limitation of liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the Tool's results. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $100.00 USD.
12. Changes.
We may update these Terms. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
